What makes AEMBR® candles different from others?
Our candles are handcrafted using a proprietary vegan wax blend, premium toxin-free fragrance oils, and sustainably sourced wicks to ensure a clean, long-lasting burn that fills your space without harmful chemicals.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. During peak holiday seasons or special collection launches, processing may take up to 7 business days before shipping.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and local customs regulations.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your scent. If you are unsatisfied, we accept returns of unlit, unused candles in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
How can I prevent my candle from tunneling?
To ensure an even burn, always allow the wax to melt completely to the edges of the vessel during the first light. This usually takes 2-3 hours and sets the 'memory' for all future burns.
Are your products eco-friendly and sustainable?
Sustainability is at our core. We use recyclable glass vessels, biodegradable packing peanuts, and FSC-certified paper for our packaging to minimize our environmental footprint.
